Bulgaria: 5.4-Magnitude Earthquake Hits Rhodes Island BGNES

A 5.4-magnitude earthquake has hit the shores of the island of Rhodes on Tuesday evening, announced Nova TV.

There are no reports of injured people or serious material damages. The epicentre of the earthquake was in the sea about 30 kilometres from Rhodes and 387 kilometres from Athens.

Greece and the surrounding regions are frequently hit by earthquakes in the sea most of which do not cause serious damages.
