Iranian American singer and musician Azam Ali is to play with her band Niyaz in Sofia, organizers of the concert have said.
Her concert, the first she is to stage in Bulgaria, will be on October 29 at Sofia Live Club.
The first 100 tickets for the show will be at BGN 30. The next ones will be worth BGN 40 each.
Four of her eight albums are recorded with Niyaz.
Over the past years one of the best-recognized ethno world performers has worked on both solo projects and collaborations with musicians such as Serj Tankian (System of a Down), Trey Gunn (King Crimson), The Crystal Method, Mercan Dede, and others, organizers point out.
