Four Bulgarians died on the spot in a head-on collision occurring on the Alexandroupoli-Ormenio road in Greece.

Two of the victims were aged 58, the others were at the age of 39 and 27. Three of them were traveling in the same car and were from Sofia.

The fourth victim is the 27-year-old driver of the other car who is from Haskovo, private NOVA TV station informed on Thursday.

The 37-year-old woman traveling in the second car was admitted to the intensive unit of the hospital in the town of Didymoteicho where she underwent surgery.

The exact cause of the accident has not been established yet. Some of the relatives of the victims have been informed.
