The body of a young man has been found lifeless at the entrance of an apartment block on Macedonia Blvd, in the center of Bulgaria's capital Sofia, authorities say.
There are conflicting reports about his identity and origin, with some of his neighbors saying he was an immigrant and spoke Arabic and others claiming he was married to a Bulgarian woman currently living with another man.
Neighbors say the young person, who lived with his brother in the building where his body was found, had hosted a "party" on Sunday night, Darik Radio reports.
Earlier information suggested he and his brother were born into a family of a Bulgarian woman and an African man.
Police do not yet known whether the man was murdered. The area has been sealed off while investigators are exploring the site.
