An explosion shook the largest Romanian refinery, Petromidia, located in Constanta County on the Black Sea coas
At least 5 people have been killed in an explosion at a chemical factory in Japan's Yokkaichi city.
The plant is run by Mitsubishi Materials and is situated in Yokkaichi, approximately 350km west of the capital Tokyo, reports the BBC. It specializes in producing silicon.
There are also a number of injured, reported at 17 so far.
The reason for the explosion is still unknown.
