The Sofia organisation of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) has started distributing food in Sofia, said the BRC press office.
Hristo Grigorov has been unanimously reelected Saturday as Chairman of the Bulgarian Red Cross.
Girgorov was the only nomination.
He has been leading the Bulgarian Red Cross since 2001 and this will be his fourth term in office.
