Presidential Run-off in Serbia

Voting has begun in the second round of Serbia's presidential election, with polling stations across the country opening at 0700 (0500 GMT). Voters have to choose between Vojislav Kostunica, a constitutional lawyer and moderate nationalist, and Miroljub Labus, a liberal economist. There are fears that the turnout - already low in the first round of the elections - will not reach the 50% threshold necessary to make the election valid.
