North Korea's announcement it was entering a "State of War" with South Korea, has been the result of "difficulties in translation."
The translation blunder was reported by the Russian news agency RIA "Novosti," quoted by bTV and the Bulgarian National Radio, BNR.
The original text had informed only that North Korea would act "under war laws with stern physical measures against any provocations, which could grow into a full-scale and even nuclear war."
