Bulgaria: GERB Will Form Cabinet with Full Responsibility, I Will Not Be Premier – PM Boyko Borissov
"We will approach our proposal to form a government responsibly.
Starting Tuesday, power distributor CEZ, which supplies electricity to consumers in Sofia and northwestern Bulgaria, offers the services of the first energy ombudsman – Radoslav Dimitrov.
Radoslav Dimitrov is an experienced professional in the energy sector and clients services, the company press office announced.
The energy ombudsman will help customers resolve complaints over electricity bills and will accept proposals of customers for improving services.
The energy ombudsman will investigate all tip-offs but will not interfere if the dispute between the customer and the power distributor is to be resolved in court or the case had been referred to Bulgaria's State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (DKEVR).
Ongoing popular protests in Bulgaria, which toppled PM Boyko Borisov's center-right cabinet, started over growing discontent with high electricity bills and the mismanagement of Bulgaria's energy sector.
