Bulgargaz Forecasts 5-6% Dip in Natural Gas Prices for May
Bulgargaz, the leading public gas supplier in Bulgaria, anticipates a notable decrease in the price of natural gas for the upcoming month of May. According to Lyudmila Vitanova
The Bulgarian cabinet has approved Tuesday an agreement between the Bulgarian Nabucco company and the international Nabucco consortium for the furthering of the gas pipeline project.
The agreement for support was signed in June 2011 between Nabucco Gas Pipeline International GmbH and Nabucco Gas Pipeline Bulgaria EOOD.
With the approval, the Bulgarian cabinet proposes to the Bulgarian Parliament to ratify the contract.
This is an obligation of every country party to the Nabucco project, with which countries commit to creating beneficial regulatory conditions for the execution of the project, and giving companies executing it the needed suport.
The goal of the agreement is further specification of the stages of implementation of the Nabucco project in Bulgaria.
The Nabucco project, started by Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Turkey, is part of the EU's so-called southern gas corridor, and is set to build a natural gas pipeline do deliver gas from the Middle East, Caspian and Central Asia through Turkey and on to Central Europe.
