Borisov pointed out that his favourite dog breed, the Bulgarian shepherd dog, is "very strong and brave and one should keep a strict hand over it" on Tuesday. He said that the statements that he has insulted his compatriots were "lies", saying he meets with thousands of people each day and "has his own way of speaking".
