NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has congratulated the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, a prominent NGO, for its 20th anniversary.

"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and your colleagues for your valuable activity and to encourage you to keep up your contribution to better public understanding of Alliance's objectives and missions," he adds.
