Bulgaria's Agriculture Minister, Miroslav Naydenov, Economy and Energy Minister, Traicho Traikov, and Environmental Minister, Nona Karadzhova, have received the most failing grades by fellow MPs.

The data from the improvised poll, filled by Members of the Parliament from the ruling Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria, GERB, party several days ago, was published Friday by the 24 Chasa (24 Hours) daily.

The poll was the idea of the Chair of the GERB Parliamentary Group, Krasimir Velchev.

The cabinet members have been assessed on a scale from 1 to 6 and the results will be submitted to Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov.

Naydenov is the "leader" among failing ministers, despite some giving him credit for introducing food standards. Many MPs motivate their poor performance assessment with the Agriculture Ministry being the most inaccessible institution, including the Minister and all other employees.

The respondents say they have not been influenced by the scandal surrounding the Belene Nuclear Power Plant, NPP, in their evaluation of Minister Traikov.

Karadzhova is blamed for the freezing of EU funds in her sector.

After the three, the minister with the lowest ranking is Transportation Minister, Aleksander Tsvetkov, followed from bottom to top by Education Minister, Sergey Ignatov, Culture Minister, Vezhdi Rashidov, and Sports and Youth Minister, Svilen Neykov.

Borisov leads the ranking with collecting a mark of 6 from all his MPs.
