The embattled Bulgarians of Lothar Mathaeus will face the football team of Switzerland in Sofia Saturday evening in a game they have to win to keep any chances of getting to Euro 2012.

At this stage, Bulgaria is fourth out of 5 teams in Group G, while it has to end up at least second in order to have a chance to qualify.

Out of its 3 games this far, Bulgaria lost to England (4:0) and Montenegro (0:1) and beat Wales (0:1, the first game of Matthaeus with Bulgaria).

Switzerland is third in the group, again with two losses and one win.

Saturday's match between Bulgaria and Switzerland will be played at Vasil Levski National Stadium, at 18.45 EET.
