The future Bulgarian Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, has named Tuesday the nominee for Agriculture Minister.

Borisov said during a meeting of GERB MPs with representatives of agricultural producers, that Desislava Taneva will be the next Agriculture Minister, Darik Radio reported.

In 2007, Taneva was elected a city councilor in Sliven from the GERB party, and then became the Chair of the Sliven City Council.

On July 5, she was elected a Member of the Bulgarian Parliament as a majority candidate in the Sliven Electoral District.
