Ryanair has announced plans to base its fourth aircraft at Sofia Airport and introduce flights to five new destinations this summer season
The Bulgarian authorities evacuated Sunday evening the newer Terminal II of Sofia's airport over an alleged bomb threat.
The news was reported by the Bulgaria National Television BNT.
The evacuation was triggered by an abandoned piece of luggage that has responded positively to the bomb detector.
The airport management reports that only the terminal area is evacuated but there weren't any canceled or delayed flights over the investigation
