Bulgarian FM Dismisses Ministry's Chief Secretary Over Traffic Violation
Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov dismissed on Thursday the ministry's chief secretary Stoyan Todorov.
Starting Monday Bulgarians can pay their traffic violations' fines electronically, the Interior Ministry announced.
The payment can be submitted by a short text message (SMS) to the 1669 number through all mobile operators' networks in the country, by a cell phone via WAP, and with a credit or debit card through the online ebg.bg system.
The new system is expected to save time and increase the rate of fine collections.
