A woman gave birth to a healthy boy in a tram car downtown Sofia on Tuesday.
The 34-year mother warned the tram driver that she is going to give birth in the streetcar and the man immediately called the emergency number.
However, before doctors could arrive at the place, a nurse that happened to travel on the same tram helped the woman to deliver the baby.
The medics then only had to cut the navel string. The boy was called Nikolay.
