The Bulgarian Tourism Agency started an advertising campaign of Bulgarian tourism in Russia with four 30-minute clips.

The clips will be shown between February 18 and February 29 on the Rossiya Channel and on Channel One in the Russian cities of Yekaterininburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Samara, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Kransnodar, Perm, Rostov-na-Don, Omsk.

A second advertising campaign will take place in the same cities between May 5 and May 25. Three shorter clips will also be shown on the NTV and TVC channels in the Moscow region, St.Petersburg, Yekaterininburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Rostov-na-Don.

The Bulgarian Tourism Agency also plans similar advertising campaigns on the global channels CNN, Euronews, and Eurosport.

The videos present Bulgaria as a destination for various types of tourism stressing the summer and sea which most appeal to the Russian tourists. They also show natural beauties, cultural trips opportunities, spa and yacht tourism, and youth entertainments.
