Bulgaria Wins 2 Silver, 1 Bronze Medals at 38th International Physics Olympiad

Bulgaria's national physics team won two silver and one bronze medals at this year's 38th International Physics Olympiad in Isfahan, Iran.

The preparation of the competition and their trip to Iran was funded by the American Foundation for Bulgaria.

The event was attended by 135 leaders, 327 contestants, 86 observers, and 17 visitors from 73 countries.

The winners Svilen Kanev, Petar Petrov, Stefan Krastanov, Gavrail Tatarliev and Doycho Karaygyozov and their two trainers will return to Bulgaria on Monday.
