Bulgarian Truck Crashes in Romania, Driver Killed

A Bulgarian heavy load truck has crashed late on Wednesday night in Romania, killing its driver, Darik News reported.

The accident happened near the Vinga village, western Romania, Realitatea TV reported.

According to preliminary information, the Bulgarian truck suddenly entered the opposite lane, hitting another truck that carried gasoline. Both drivers died on spot.

The traffick was stopped to a halt for more than three hours, but the Romanian TV channel did not provide any further information for the identity of the two drivers.

Police are now investigating the case.
