A policeman was seriously injured after a piece of plaster broke off a building and fell on his head in Bulgaria's town of Vratsa on Thursday.
The man has been immediately hospitalised with severe skull injure.
The local people call the crumbling residential building "the curved block" because of its unusual shape.
