Greece Boasts Support of Death-Sentenced Bulgarian Nurses

The Greek parliament's chairwoman Anna Benaki said Monday her country unconditionally supports Libya-jailed nurses at a meeting with her Bulgarian counterpart Georgi Pirinski in Sofia.
"Greece will continue insisting on a fair decision in accordance with the international law and humane values", Benaki added.
At the meeting she explained that the reopening of the Bulgarian nuke units should be discussed with the EU and it is not part of the relations between the two countries.
The accent of the conversation fell upon Bulgaria - Greece collaboration in the spheres of the energy, infrastructure and the border checkpoints' development.
The Greece parliamentary head is on an official visit to Bulgaria.
In the framework of the visit she will meet also the President Georgi Parvanov and the Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev.
