Bulgarian Ministers Convene on Emergency over Byala Tragedy

Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev has convened an emergency meeting of his cabinet two days after the heavy bus crash in Byala, northern Bulgaria.

Cutting his visit to Portugal, where he had to participate in a forum of the European Socialists, Stanishev and his ministers are expected to decide on days of national mourning.
