Bulgaria's KNSB labour union will start compiling a database on local workers willing to find a job abroad and help them realize their dream.
Newly-founded company Human Power will gather people from those lists and find them work spots abroad. The company will also pay the workers' salaries, Darik News reported after Human Power and KNSB signed a cooperation agreement.
A wide network of lawyers in EU countries will protect the labour and union rights of Human Power's employers abroad.
The job-seeking Bulgarians will be able to select the range of their own salary. However, the company noted that they will mainly be hiring qualified experts. Those willing to apply can do so in Sofia, at 11, Industrialna Street.
Human Power's revenues will come from the difference in social security taxes in Bulgaria and the EU countries.
