Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said his country will soon be able to celebrate the completion of its nuclear program. At a press conference in Tehran, he said Iran would possess full nuclear technology by the end of its calender year, which ends on March 20. Ahmadinejad again said that the international community was in no position to halt the nuclear programme despite efforts to impose UN sanctions. The US accuses Iran of striving to build nuclear weapons, however Tehran insists its programme is for peaceful purposes only. Meanwhi,e International Atomic Energy experts alarmed they have found unexplained plutonium and highly enriched uranium traces in a nuclear waste facility in Iran. They have asked Tehran for an explanation, an IAEA report said Tuesday.
