The Benghazi court postponed once again the legal suit against the five Bulgarian nurses brought by the family of a young Libyan HIV victim, who claim their child was killed by the Bulgarians.

The new hearing will take place February 25.

The relatives demand to receive a compensation of almost USD 12 M. The first hearing of the trial was postponed on October 2

The five Bulgarians have already been found guilty of causing a HIV epidemic at a Benghazi pediatric hospital, and sentenced to death. The Supreme Court of Libya has adjourned the hearing of the appeals of the medics' death sentences from November 15, 2005 to January 31, 2006.
