Stoil Slavov, 45, is one of the owners of Interpetrolium and Partners said to have links to obsolete ex-grouping SIC.

The office of the insurance company Bul Ins, recently shaken by bomb blast, is situated at the building where some twelve other companies included in the reregistered "Intergroup and partners" are located. Slavov was among the owners of the company together with Krassimir Marinov, dubbed the Marguin, Dmitrii Minev-the Russian, Ventsislav Stefanov, Malden Mihalev- Madzho and Rumen Nikolov - Pashata.

Stoil Slavov was also among the shareholders of the First East International Bank.

The net revenues of Slavov's petrol company "Interpetrolium and partners" amounted to BGN 100 M per year, media claims. Over the last few years the company was among one of the firms with highest revenues.

Slavov is also one of the owners of the football club Slaviya together with Ventsislav Stefanov, chief of the football club and shareholder in SIC. Stefanov was recently involved in shady asset deal to which Sofia Municipality Council was linked.
