The head of the National Security Service, Gen.
President Rumen Radev wished the newly appointed head of the NSO, Brigadier General Emil Tonev, the will and strength to reform and modernize the National Service for Protection. But I am convinced that given your professional competence, accumulated over the years rich professional experience and outstanding leadership qualities, you will successfully cope with the important and responsible tasks facing the National Service for Protection, "said the head of state to the newly appointed head of the NSP.
