Today the weather will be dangerously hot. An orange code for heat has been announced in seven districts in Bulgaria. Doctors advise people, especially the elderly, not to go out at noon.
It is also recommended to drink plenty of water, avoid greasy foods, dress in light rather than dark clothes, wear hats and walk in shady places.
