''We can no longer be reconciled to this double standard. There can not live in two Bulgarian countries. One - those who work, learn, pay taxes that want to have 9 children but can not watch them, and the other Bulgaria, which is built on the basis of irresponsibility'', said the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Krassimir Karakachanov, who was guest in the show "Hello, Bulgaria" on NOVA.

"If we are reconciled with the fact that there are people who do not want to observe the law, the state is dead," added Karakachanov.

The reason for Karakachanov's words is the Concept of new restrictions and obligations for the Roma ethnic group, as well as administrative sanctions, which he commented at the TV studio.

The document sparked serious controversy in society and among the political elite.

"It is better for the coalition not to be jealous, but to understand," said Deputy Prime Minister Valeriy Simeonov, who announced that he had rewrote the The National Front for the Salvation of Bulgaria (NFSB) program but directed it only to the Gypsies, while problems with ghettos and illiteracy there are also among the Bulgarians. The main criticisms of his proposal came from the NFSB and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms.

"We have to force the state  to work," the Military Minister continued.
