About 300,000 Bulgarians will travel on the last working day before Easter, BNT reported. Only 150,000 cars are expected from Sofia.

Hundreds of Traffic Police patrols will be deployed along the country's roads. The busiest roads will be Blagoevgrad-Kulata, Sofia-Kalotina, Ruse-Haskovo and the motorways.

In the Vladaya pass there will be two lanes for traffic in the direction of Pernik on the 5th kilometer and on the 9th - two lanes towards Sofia.

From 14.00 to 20.00h today, heavy goods vehicles will be stopped on major motorways and main roads in the country. The same ban will take effect on 9 April. Massive alcohol and drug checks for drivers will be conducted by the Traffic Police during Easter holidays.
