The fifth News Agencies World Congress (NAWC) has elected the Director General of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency Maxim Minchev as Secretary General of the Council and decided that the sixth congress will take place in Bulgaria.
This happened at the forum in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, attended by the heads of about 100 news agencies from five continents.
