Bulgaria: Case Against Ukrainian Logvinenko for Attempted Murder of Petrov Returned to Prosecutor's Office

Via a ruling of judge Nikolay Nikolov, the Sofia City Court (SCC) has terminated and returned to the Prosecutor’s Office the case against Ukrainian Roman Logvinenko who has been charged with the attempted murder of former employee of Bulgaria’s domestic security service (DANS) Alexei Petrov.

The case concerns the attack carried out on October 29, 2015 near Petrov’s home. Then, the bullet-proof vehicle of Petrov was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade.

No one was hurt in the incident.
