Sofia Hosts Christmas Book Fair and 13th International Literary Festival

A total of 984 drunk drivers have been caught in Sofia since the beginning of the year, reported the Interior Ministry.
Over 1,700 drivers have driven cars without a licence.
On a single day, there were three traffic accidents in the capital caused by drunk drivers or drivers on drugs. For 640 drunk drivers the alcohol content was 1.2 promilles and for the remaining 344, the alcohol content was above this level.
300 drivers have been sent to court because they were caught driving without a licence more than once.
The Road Police announced that operations against drunk driving and driving without a licence continue.
