Brazil's Dilma Rousseff Impeached
The Senate of Brazil has voted to impeach President Dilma Rousseff, local and world media report.
A majority of 61, out of 81, senators have backed the move.
Michel Temer is now confirmed as the country's new President.
The Senate's move to strip Rousseff of her presidency put an end of the 13-year rule of her Workers' Party.
She maintains the charges against her - of using public funds unsanctioned before reelection - are only political.

Brazilian Elections are over and the winds of discontent have ended with a conclusion that the Left Wing Worker's Party including the former President of Brazil ran an Organized Crime Organization to defraud the Republic of Brazil with corruption and defeat important social programs.
Now the President of the Senate without dignity will leave due to various litigations for corruption.
The snowball affect caused by Impeachment tested the democratic principles of the Republic.
The streets of Caracas, Venezuela is roaring with discontent and Impeachment and judicial discontent.
The Judicial System is eating away the hardcore corruption and the dream of utopia does not exist within poverty but survival and dignity through transparency exist.
This we call corruption and the diminishing return for social programs, for example, education and health for the population. Use Rio de Janeiro as an example of diminishing return in Health and Education.
Our Micro and Macroeconomics will always be in a vacuum as corruption steals from growth.
I consider the Brazilian Prosecutors as miracle workers.
Growing up as a youth in a Communist Left Wing government and experience the financial control of the working class and limiting dignity and quality of life, to watch the Left Wing philosophies of the Worker's Party in Brazil strip and rape government institutions to become rich with Country booty, the disgrace is political hypocrisy between the have and have nots.
It seems history books in the future will account for the missing billions of dollars in Brazil and Latin America.
The billions may have been applied to the left wing governments that attempted to unite the poor population.
It seems the backfire was the wave of recession and the decrease of petroleum prices, that Venezuela and Brazil dreamed will always be high, therefore to skim off the top money for corruption.
The time has come to use Brazil as a test case for transparency since the corruption affected State-owned companies that the United States and Europe trade on their Security Exchanges that affected pension funds, stockholders, and investments in Europe and the United States.
The rules of Fiduciary principles are at stake and Brazil must be held accounted for due diligence responsibilities.
The deep pockets that caused corruption in Brazil has caused an instability between Right and Left.
As determined by the Brazilian Prosecution the Presidential institution was used to further self economic benefits.
The test of Democracy is at stake or civil "desobediente" using the unionists.
The crumbling of the political players Congress, Senate, Ministers have fallen to the lowest form governmental corruption.
The President is gone!
The President of the Legislation Congress is gone!
What is next will not be a surprise since greed will reveal thirteen years of government in a fictional vacuum in an ocean monies robbed from the people who have no funds for health and education.
Yesterday I watched the student demonstration and the unionist in the streets waving their flags of dissent and hiding behind democracy but billions of dollars were robbed which defeated social programs, education, and health.
It is a shame to see students without information demonstrate and accepting the destruction of Petrobras, Pension Funds both national and international investors who invested in the faith of Brazil but lost millions of dollars.
The faith of Brazil is being defeated each day with these demonstrations.
