LGBTQ+ Rights in Bulgaria: Public Attitudes Remain Unchanged in 2024
A recent survey by Alpha Research, commissioned by the GLAS Foundation, reveals that despite intensified public debates and targeted attacks on the LGBTQ+ community in 2024
During its official visit to Iran, the Bulgarian delegation headed by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov signed three bilateral cooperation agreements.
The documents were signed at a ceremony in the presence of Borisov and First Vice-President of Iran, Eshaq Jahangiri, the government's press service informed on Monday.
The three agreements are expected to lay new foundations for developing bilateral relations in the area of mutual investments, transport and communications as well as enhancing cooperation between small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from the two countries.

Bulgarian Deputy Economy Minister Lyuben Petrov and Mohammad Khazaei, Deputy Minister and President of Iran's Organisation for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance, signed a memorandum of understanding for the establishment of joint working group between InvestBulgaria Agency and its Iranian counterpart.
On behalf of Bulgaria, Petrov also signed a memorandum of understanding between Bulgaria's Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency and its Iranian counterpart.
