In a telephone conversation held on Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Erdogan agreed to work towards the normalisation of bilateral relations.

Relations between Moscow and Ankara have been strained since last November when two Turkish F-16 fighter jets downed Russian Su-24 bomber on the Turkish-Syrian border.

On Monday, Erdogan sent a letter of apology to Putin, in which he extended condolences to the family of the pilot killed in the incident and expressed interest in the normalisation of relations.

After the telephone conversation it emerged that the Russian president has instructed the government to begin talks with Turkey on restoring the commercial and economic cooperation.

TASS news agency informs that Moscow has lifted the administrative restrictions on visits of Russian citizens to Turkey, which had been imposed after the downing of the Russian aircraft.

On Wednesday, Putin expressed condolences to Erdogan and the whole Turkish nation over Tuesday's terrorist attack at Istanbul Ataturk airport which claimed the lives of at least 41 people and left hundreds other injured.

Both presidents highlighted the need to enhance international cooperation in the fight against terrorism.

Putin and Erdogan agreed to consider the option of holding a personal meeting in the near future.

They agreed that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu will meet at the session of the Council of Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Sochi on July 1.

The Islamic priests and the Turks understand Europe and its illness much better than the ruling elite of Europe understands it.
How can you explain the liberal (euroatlantic) orientation of the Islamists in Bulgaria??? there is global alliance between the liberalism and Islam... how it is possible?? why mister Soros is preaching things that are liked and supported by the Islamic rulers?? what is common between the Soudi Arabian kings and the Hedge fund directors so they have common strategy on Europe?? What is this Euro-atlantic liberal Islamist political wing in the DPS party??

O yes Turkey can enter EU but than EU will belong to Turkey not the opposite and they will impose on EU free movement of whoever they wish... they have the immune system and body armor of Islam and the EU bureaucracy will work in their favor.. this is inevitable.. we have played this game from centuries and the outcome is quite clear... the main problem is that the selected puppets in the User society of Europe cant understand this... but the Turks understand it very well.

I changed my mind, Turkey should put their troops in order, especially Special Forces in Turkey to invade Syria.

Search and destroy is the only answer!

I will be the first Bulgarian Mercenary with the Turkish invading forces.

I prefer that Turkey belongs in the EC to force stricter control on terrorist movements through Europe - EC using Turkey.

O yes the Germans or part of them and the EU commission want to put Erdogan in EU and to mix, mingle, unify etch. Europe with Turkey..

How can anyone - even Putin - have "normal relations" with Erdogan and increasingly-Islamist state?

It will be interesting to see General Hulusi Akar, Commander of TAF mix with his Russian counterpart.

Will NATO dominate any strategy concerning TERRORISM or Russian strategy?

I have some cultural understanding of Turks and the Russians and my personal opinion is that Russian armament will reach the Kurds..in spite of the \"\"good\" relationships. This friendship is like the friendship between Hitler and Stalin..And I am sorry for our Turkish friends but the Kurds actually deserve it to protect themselves against a brutal and dishonest oppressor.. In a very short period Erdogan did so many unforgivable things against the Kirds, Russians, Europeans.. against the Turkish educated elite and etch.. that it is very difficult to forgive it.. and forget it. It is Turkey that will become real ISIS..And although the German superhumans are not obliged to listen to the Bulgarian subhumans.. we will leave EU when Turkey enters it.
