Bulgaria: Bulgaria's Cabinet Might be Subject to Second Censure Motion Co-chairperson of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) Mustafa Karaday

The incumbent Bulgarian government might become subject to a second vote of no confidence after having survived its first censure motion earlier this year.

The second largest opposition party, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), is considering to initiate а vote of no confidence for the failure of the government in its foreign policy.

This development comes after recent statement of Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov on the end of the era of multiculturalism.

Last week, Mitov said that Europe is having a problem with its policy of conceptual multiculturalism and cultural relativism.

One of the co-chairpersons of DPS said that Prime Miniser Boyko Borisov should be asked to comment the statement of the foreign minister.

The co-chairperson of DPS identified the government as unstable and expressed readiness for early elections.

According to him, the coalition was heterogeneous with parts of it having schizophrenic behaviour. As a result, the government had neither clear direction nor priority.

In his words, DPS was key to preserving the security and stability of the state.
