Belgium Signals Conditional Approval for Transfer of Russian Assets to Ukraine

Paris attacks suspect Salah Abdeslam is now willing to be extradited to France, his lawyer has said.
The news, reported by AFP came after Abdeslam had been insisting he would fight the extradition request.
Abdeslam was captured in a special operation in Brussels last week. Some sources suggest the deadly attacks in Brussels on Tuesday are linked to his arrest.
Reuters quoted his lawyer, Sven Mary, as telling Belgian broadcaster BFM TV the suspect would like to return to France "as soon as possible" to explain himself, willing to leave quickly.
Mary has told reporters that Abdeslam didnot know of about prepared attacks in Brussels.
Separately, AFP reports that Belgian police are looking for a second suspect in relation to the blast at Maelbeek station, for which Khalid-el-Bakraoui, 27, was declared responsible by police. Belgian media say the "second man" was seen on CCTV at the Brussels metro alongside gthe suicide bomber.
A man suspected of links to the two airport bombings is also on the run.
