Bulgarian Defense Minister Nikolay Nenchev is in Poland on Wednesday and Thursday to finalize a deal for the repair of engines of Russian-made MiG-29 fighter jets.
And intergovernmental agreement will be signed by Nenchev and his Polish counterpart Tomasz Semoniak which will allow state-owned facilities in Poland to overhaul six engines of Soviet-made MiGs used by the Bulgarian Air Force.
The issue has sparked anger from Russia, which says Poland has no license to repair MiG aircraft.
