Father Arrested in Stara Zagora for Assaulting His Daughters, One Hospitalized
A 37-year-old man from Stara Zagora has been detained after physically assaulting his two daughters
The town of Stara Zagora, in Southern Bulgaria, has become Bulgaria's "beer capital" as of October 02, Friday.
As Stara Zagora is preparing to mark its own official holiday on Monday, the local administration has decided to organize what it hopes will become the biggest beer festival in the country - named BEER ФЕСТът ("The BEER FEST").
A number of Bulgarian bands will play at the "5th of October" park in downtown Stara Zagora in the days of the beer fest before and after Monday.
These include established bands such as B.T.R. (who played on Friday), Wickeda, Mlyk!, Svetlio & the Legends and Jeremy?, but also newer ones like Overground Brass Band.
October 5 itself is the single day with no scheduled musical events within the festival.
