New Thessaloniki Metro Experiences First Major Disruptions, Including Power Failure
The newly inaugurated Thessaloniki metro continues to face challenges just two weeks after its official launch
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras received quite an unexpected present while visiting the Tolumba stadium in Thessaloniki on Sunday.
Though not a fan of PAOK, he was warmly welcomed at their stadium, where Bulgarian football player Dimitar Berbatov had arrived just a few days earlier, news website Dnevnik.bg reports, citing The Greek Analyst.

A picture on the Greek Analyst's Twitter profile also shows Tsipras holding Berbatov's new No 10 T-shirt. "What should I do now?" he is quoted as saying after receiving the item.
In a somewhat surprising move, PAOK signed Berbatov earlier this week.
