Greece will present a detailed list of its proposals to Eurozone countries in accordance with the decision made at the top-level meeting this week.

The statement was made by Greek PM Alexis Tsipras in front of European Parliament in Strasbourg Wednesday.

''We will present concrete proposals within the next two days, as had been decided at the meeting of Eurozone leaders,'' Tsipras said.

''We will continue with our reforms, '' he added, explaining that the Balkan country wants to reach an agreement, but one '' that will truly help Greece to come out of the crisis.''

In his words, the only a ''fair compromise'' will be a viable option.

Tsipras further noted that Greece does not want to break its ties with Europe.

''The choice that the Greek people has made at the referendum is not a choice favoring breaking all ties with Europe,'' the Greek PM added. He called upon all EU countries to counteract the formation of a ''divided Europe''.

Despite that, Tsipras noted that the austerity policies conducted in Greece over the past five years have not led to the desired results, but instead has increased unemployment, social division and a decrease in GDP.

European Council President Donald Tusk stated at the beginning of the debate that in case negotiations with Greece fail, there will be no winners. He added that there will be severe economic negatives to be felt all across Europe.

According to Tusk, a decision needs to be reached in the next four days up until the end of the week.
