The revenues to Bulgaria's state budget for the first quarter of 2015 have increased with BGN 820 M compared to the same period last year.

This was announced by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov during the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, the government's press service informs.

Borisov attributed this increase in revenue collection to the active and continuous fight against contraband.

The Prime Minister stated that if the government had not taken the necessary measures, these revenues would have been lost to contraband.
