At least five people are feared dead after the Admiral shopping center in Kazan, South-Western Russia, went ablaze on Wednesday.

All the victims reported so far are citizens of Tajikistan.

Over 650 people have been evacuated or rescued, but authorities say there are still people inside.

Up to 25 are thought to be inside as of 13:43 Moscow time (10:43 GMT), according to government officials, who say probably there will be no survivors.
