Ivaylo Moskovski will serve as Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications in the coalition cabinet of GERB party and the Reformist Bloc (RB) led by Boyko Borisov.
From 2011 until 2013 he held the same post in the previous government led by Borisov (2009-2013) after serving as Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications from 2009 to 2011.
Moskovski, born in 1972, has a degree in Public Finance from Sofia-based University of National and World Economy and a degree in Financial Management from Svishtov-based D. Tsenov Academy of Economics.
