Bulgaria's President Rosen Plevneliev is expected to propose 4 possible dates for early parliamentary elections during Tuesday's Consultative Council for National Security.
The dates which Plevneliev will propose to the leaders of the political parties will most likely be the Sundays from September 21 to October 12, Standartnews reveals.
Besides the leaders of the parties in Parliament, Interior Minister Tsvetlin Yovchev and Defense Minister Angel Naydenov are also expected to attend Tuesday's Council at the President's office. However, it is unlikely that they will reach an agreement at these talks, and more rounds of consultations could be necessary.
In case of further negotiations, non-parliamentary parties which are represented in the European Parliament, the Reformist Bloc and Bulgaria without Censorship, could also be invited to participate.
Another topic of discussion will be the proposed referendum on voting rules, which includes mandatory voting for citizens.
