Clubs from the English Championship (2nd league) are reportedly interested in the coach of Bulgaria's football champions Ludogorets Razgrad, Stoycho Stoev.

According to the Bulgarian daily Meridian Match, Ipswich and Brighton are exploring the option of employing Stoev as their coach from next season. During Wednesday's match of Ludogorets against Lokomotiv Plovdiv, Pete Smith (Managing Director of New Era Global Sports Management) and agent Iain Wood were seen at the stadium. The Bulgarian sports daily believes Stoev has already signed a preliminary deal with their managerial agency.

Stoycho Stoev took charge of Ludogorets in the summer of 2013, leading the club to the 1/8 finals of the Europa League and winning the Bulgarian league title. Earlier, club owner Kiril Domuschiev revealed that he plans to renew Stoev's contract in Ludogorets.
