Sofia's Lunar Festival of Lights is back, illuminating the city with more than 20 captivating light installations across its most iconic landmarks.
Members of the Bulgarian association of PR agencies (BAPRA) organized a charity initiative of tolerance and support of refugee children.
Nearly 150 children from the refugee center in the capital city of Sofia made traditional Bulgarian good health charms 'martenitsa' as part of a charity initiative called 'Martenitsa for peace and tolerance' on Friday.
BAPRA will send the hand made 'martenitsa' charms to its partners and customers as a reminder of the refugee children in Bulgaria and of their needs.
"The charity initiative will introduce Bulgarian culture and traditions to the young children," the BAPRA chairman Nikolay Nedelchev said.
Currently, more than 800 people, including 150 children live in the refugee center in Sofia's Voenna Rampa district.
The charity initiative 'Martenitsa for peace and tolerance' is the first of a series of future BAPRA initiatives in support of effective and constructive social communications.
